By accessing or using www.voltroncloud.com cloud hosting services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1.2 Service Description

We provide cloud hosting, data storage, and related infrastructure services. The specific features and limitations of your plan are detailed in your service agreement or order form.

1.3 Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including content, data, and compliance with applicable laws.
• You must maintain the security of your credentials and promptly report any unauthorized access.

1.4 Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Services to:

• Host or transmit illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or networks connected to the Services.
• Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

1.5 Service Availability & Support

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.
• Support response times and service credits for downtime are detailed in your service level agreement (SLA).

1.6 Fees & Billing

• Fees are as specified in your order form or service agreement.
• Payment is due in advance. Non-payment may result in service suspension or termination.
• Refunds are issued only as described in your agreement.

1.7 Data Security & Backups

• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
• You are responsible for your own data backups and disaster recovery planning.

1.8 Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your content.
• We retain ownership of our platform, software, and infrastructure.

1.9 Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for material breach or as otherwise specified. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

1.10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

1.11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the EU and US. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the EU and US, whichever is more appropriate and based on individual circumstances.
